ICAEW Probate Diversity Survey
We are authorised to carry out probate services by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). As a regulated probate firm, we are required by the ICAEW to undertake a diversity survey every two years and publish a summary of the results.
The latest diversity survey was completed in March 2025. The key findings are as follows:
- The gender split is 71% female to 29% male, reflecting a change from the traditional stereotype of accountancy being dominated by males.
- The age range of our employees is between 35 and 64, with 57% of employees aged between 45 and 54.
